• At least 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• At least 2 years of experience in valuing and selling REO properties
• Annual sales of not less than $9MM
• No history of disciplinary actions with any real estate commission or the National Board of Realtors
• Adequate E & O insurance to meet local real estate commission requirements
